During the Great Depression they relocated to Northern California from the Midwest where Jeff's family built homes throughout the greater Sacramento region. Jeff was introduced to homebuilding at an early age by going to work with his father, grandfather and uncles. Working during high school and then on weekends while earning his bachelor's degree, Jeff's education started with brooms and shovels while later appreciating relationships and understanding the business end.
Jeff established a new Grenz led custom building company Bredian Homes, in the 1990's which was often listed among Sacramento Business Journal's Top 25 Sacramento Custom Home Builders. Jeff has been carrying on the family legacy as a licensed luxury builder since 1988.
Jeff and his team of experienced trade contractors and suppliers, some of which date back to his father and grandfather's business, have built hundreds of projects throughout the four-county region. Let him and his team build your dream home.
